It is my understanding that this is misdated, probably from late 1966 that was arbitrarily given a date of September 4, 1966. This version is missing a few songs and has a few songs with different, but mostly similar, song titles. PR has the other version listed as Fillmore Auditorium 1966, which has a couple bonus tracks.

Thank you Pink Robert for posting your great collection of John Cipollina recordings, helping to keep his legacy alive and sharing the music.
