A poor recording and transfer. It looks like the high frequencies were rolled off above 7k maybe as a crude way to reduce tape hiss. Tape speed and record levels were all over the place. Channels were out of phase by varying degrees.
Corrected phase problems. Corrected pitch/speed with Serato and adjusted for fluctuating record levels on original. This is a quick remaster with the goal of making this poor quality and poorly documented source listenable. There are still many flaws.
