Posted: Sat Jul 05, 2014 9:52 am
County Stadium, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
June 22, 1975
1. Raving And Drooling
2. Gotta Be Crazy
3. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (1-5)
4. Have A Cigar - aborted
5. Announcements
6. Speak to Me / Breathe / On The Run - cut
CD 2:
1. Speak To Me
2. Breathe
3. On The Run
4. Time
5. The Great Gig In The Sky
6. Money
7. Us And Them
8. Any Colour You Like
9. Brian Damage
10. Eclipse
11. Echoes
It was always thought that they didn't play the 1st set, but here we can hear almost the 1st set in its enterity as it was aborted due to bad weather conditions apparently. And even they had to stop for a second time towards the end of On The Run. Have a Cigar ends abruptly in the middle of the song, is not a cut on the recording, they just stop playing.
I thought it was gonna be better than recorder 1, which i always underestimated, but they sound pretty similar really, in the VG area. Maybe this one might be a lil smoother to listen to.
CD 2 is from a 3rd Gen Tape. The recoding is very distant and there is a ton of hiss. Definately one of those for completeists only. The sound is perhaps a VG-/VG.
