Timed Downloads?
Has anyone figured out which program to use so you can have all your links and a set time for it to download? This is really hurting my bandwidth, though I have a free period late at night, yet I work so I can't stay up that late.

If you use JDownloader, which is recommended anyway (IMHO), there is an "JD Scheduler" plug-in on their website.

I just realized that there's a problem if you use the JDownloader2 Beta... the "scheduler" add-on only exists in JD1 and is supposed to be introduced back for the final JD2. So if you use the JD2 Beta (which is required if you want to use paid multihoster accounts) it is not available right now. But JD1 works fine otherwise and is recommended for the main public anyway.

I can't seem to follow this JDownloader. I have links on Mega that I would like to download, but it seems to keep coming up with an error saying that "JDownloader has not found anything on..." and shows the links.

Hmm... I'm on JD2 now, but it worked like a charm with JD1 as well before.
Just in case:
1) Did you try to run the update function? JD uses plug-ins for each supported hoster and those require an update whenever the hoster changes even tiny things. So Mega will probably fail with the JD "out of the box", it may not even include the Mega plug at all before you run the update.
2) Make sure to not add/enable your Mega account, if you got one. This sounds weird, but you don't need a Mega account for downloading, and there are reports that JD does weird things when you enable it.
3) Make sure to not enable any multihoster accounts in JD2 for Mega - this is a known bug in the current beta.
My guess is number 1), please have a look. The "can't find" error means that JD doesn't understand the loaded Mega page, and that indicates that either the plug is outdated or missing at all.
